Evaluation:
When I read this article, I thought that nowhere in this world is safe anymore to walk the streets. I think midnight is the worst time to walk the streets. You will always have these people that are lurking on the streets to commit a crime. Even nowadays with the economic crisis, people are stealing to get money. These two women who have been assaulted were not really injured but should have known better not to walk late at night on the streets. It is understandable that this sort of crime should not have happened but you can never prevent things like this to happen. It could be the same attacker or not. I think with less information about this incident the more is a wasted because this could happen again because they have not caught him yet.
